Refund & Return Policy

At Simply Simone's Creations, every item is made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Custom Orders

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly thereafter, and materials are purchased specifically for your order. For this reason, we cannot cancel, return, or refund custom products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our work and carefully inspect every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. 

Customer Errors

Simply Simone's Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:

• Misspelled names or incorrect information provided at checkout

• Incorrect sizes selected

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
