What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us at SimplySimonesCreations@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Proof (photos) of damaged or incorrect items is required.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered due to their downloadable format.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
When will I get my order?
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on the item. Custom and made-to-order products may take longer.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days via USPS unless discussed other.
Design & Watermark Policy
All custom design mockups are provided with a watermark for approval purposes only. Watermarks are removed for production; however, clean/unwatermarked design files are NOT included with physical product purchases and will not be provided to the customer.
The final clean design will be used by Simply Simone’s Creations for production of your purchased item(s) only.
Exception: If you are purchasing a digital product/design file, your final approved digital file will be provided without a watermark according to the product purchased.
Where are your products made?
We are proudly based in Florida and currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and shipping method selected at checkout.
