All party favors are custom-made specifically for your celebration. Please carefully review all names, ages, dates, spelling, colors, and requested wording before submitting your order.

A design proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved.

Customer-requested changes after approval may result in an additional design or reprinting fee.

Because all items are personalized, orders are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and printing variations.

Party favors may contain or be packaged around commercially manufactured food or drink products. Simply Simone’s Creations is not the manufacturer of those food products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and allergy information before distributing them.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5–7 business days after design approval.

Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact Simply Simone’s Creations before placing a rush order to confirm availability.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

For the smoothest experience, customers should place party favor orders at least two to three weeks before the event date.
